Healthcare Workforce Trends

Since its inception 2018, the Vermont Talent Pipeline Healthcare Collaborative has convened over 80 healthcare employers with shared hiring needs and identified nursing as the most critical role. We elevated the demand through the development of and participation in a Nursing Hiring Needs Assessment conducted in 2018, 2021, and 2023. In 2024, we surveyed employers for a Healthcare Technician survey.
